Descrição
Doubled Rooks are when the rook are stacked next to each other or above each other. This helps you even more control over a file. For example, a doubled rook can helps you make your opponent's chess piece more into a threat. This is an example: Just to make sure that a player must warn him/herself that a threat may approach while the rooks are stack next to each other (The threat may be a fork).
Why is the rook called a 'rook' in chess? Every other piece has a name that's a common English word and which the piece schematically looks like. (And 'castle' is deprecated.)
